MAMMO - Evaluation of the National Breast Cancer Screening Program

This study follows the outcomes of the National Israeli Breast Cancer Screening Program of the Ministry of Health and the Israel Cancer Association and evaluates the short- and long-term performance of the program. The main process and outcome variables evaluated are: adherence/compliance rates, level of satisfaction, detection rate, recall (additional tests) rate, false positives rate, tumor stage distribution, benign/malignant tumor ratio, survival and mortality rates.
